Season 2.0
of Super Dark Home Video is hosted by Super Dark Collective, based out of Troy, NY, and showcases a diverse variety of original music videos and live performances by a diverse variety of original artists and musicians. Season 2.0 is a mission to support and expose that creative content to viewers and listeners of all hearts and minds.
Under the heavy influence of classic TV shows like Idiot Box, Liquid Television & 120 Minutes, Super Dark Home Video Season 2.0 is an old school MTV style television show hosted by the Super Dark Collective. We will be showing music videos from bands who have played or were slated to play a Super Dark event, as well as public submissions. Artists range in classification(s) such as local, touring, national, overseas, underground, signed, unsigned, on the verge, legendary, or the people from that other band...
Super Dark Collective actually originated in 2015 as a public access television project. We produced six 30 minute episodes and one hour long Halloween Special which originally aired on Channel Albany and LookTV. Season 2.0 is our latest project as we try to figure out what to do for musicians and artists in the midst of COVID-19. Premiering May 22, 2020 as a web series, but aims to air on public access cable in the near future.
